Since most of the products are made-to-order, it might take up to 30 working days for the jewellery to be shipped after receiving and clearance of the payment.
Our products are shipped via SEQUEL LOGISTICS. To ensure safe & secured delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the following identity proofs to collect the product viz. Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Pan Card, Passport or Driving License.
Please inspect for any tampered package before receiving the product or opening the package and intimate us in case of tampered or damaged package. Video recording of the wntire process of delivery, receiving & opening of the package is suggested.
