An order may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the same through a telephonic call in +918697316995 or by e-mail admin@benudbeharidutt.com, mentioning a valid reason of cancellation. Refund against a cancelled order shall be made by cheque or a bank transfer as feasible to us, in the name of the customer and none other. Cancellation will not be possible beyond the stipulated 48 hours of placing the order.
We have a seamless Return and Refund policy in place for your convenience.
Jewellery purchased online can be returned on valid grounds like wrong size or wrong item received.
For easy return, Customer should contact us within two days from the date of delivery of the product following which we shall arrange a pick up.
Alternatively Customer can also return the product offline at either of our below mentioned showrooms by hand.

We shall process the refund after receiving the product in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
Refund shall be made by cheque or a bank transfer as feasible to us, in the name of the customer and none other. The Refund procedure may take upto 10 working days.
Exchange of jewellery bought from our website or from our showrroms can be done offline at either of our above mentioned LALBAZAR OR RASHBEHARI AVENUE Showrooms.
