The above facility would be applicable only on minimum online transaction value of 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) & onwards.
The amount paid by customers under this facility shall be deemed to be an advance made with Company which will be adjusted with the purchase of jewellery/bullion. The gold quantity will be booked on gold rate of 22K published on the website on the date of online transaction being made by customer.
Customer is required to note that the excess differential gold quantity at the time of purchase against the booked value shall be charged as per the prevailing karat gold rate applicable on the date of physical purchase of Jewellery from their preferred store.
Customer is required to physically visit BBD store after 5 working days to purchase and collect the jewellery. Applicable GST will be charged at the time of purchase done in the store.
In case the aggregate advance booking value exceeds Rs.190000/- pertaining to this online gold booking facility, customer shall have to comply with the KYC formalities by submitting of PAN card.
Any conditions which are not explicitly covered would be at the sole discretion of the Benud Behari Dutt. Company reserve the right to revoke/differ this online advance order facility entirely at their discretion at any time.
